This project was born with the aim of combining sustainable material VIRIDIS (as an alternative to leather), with denim fabrics in the most sustainable way possible and with the lowest environmental impact. This is why the pioneers of sustainability of the fashion industry have teamed up.
Fabric
Puredenim is an italian denim mill specialized in the production of sustainable fabrics. Our denim comes from an entire re-design of the production system.
It is inspired by circular economy principles that combine technology and innovative materials in order to minimize waste.
Specifically, this fabric is: 
Sized ith Natural Reco (100% vegetable sizing material)
Finished by Ecosonic (ultrasound technology)
Washing
Blue Jeans Lavanderie Industriali main values are innovation and sustainability, to preserve the environment and the excellence of Made in Italy. The treatments are compliant with the RTX protocol so it respects the ZDHC guidelines.
One of the newest way is the eco-efficient ozone technology, which allows to obtain significant savings of water and chemicals.

Viridis® is one of the greener products among the synthetic fabrics:
- 43% bio polyols
- 26% FSC viscose
- 31% normal PU
Viridis® not only has a green origin due to its ingredients but it also shows to be sustainable throughout its entire life.

Ny2Life BIOBASED zippers are entirely made of Vestamid® Terra Biobased Nylon.
Developed by Evonik, Vestamid® Terra monomers are obtained from castor bean oil.
Ricinus communis, the castor bean plant, grows in arid area. Hence its cultivation neither affects food production nor does it cause land use change.
Pattern
Alessio Berto began his career in 1987 guided by a passion for fashion.
He has curated the patterns of brands such as Boy London, Replay, Diesel Denim Gallery, Timothy Everest, DKNY Jeans, Sport Chanel, Katharine Hamnett Jeans, Jean Paul Gaultier Jeans, Belfe, Andrew Mackenzie, Montedoro Slowear specializing from denim , woven fabrics to Sportswear outerwear.
In 2012 he founded his own studio called The Tailor Pattern Support, where he collaborates with many companies to offer them an excellent pattern service and reliable support in delivery and quality.
In 2020 Alessio Berto was included in the RIVET 50 list of the New York magazine Sourcing Journal among the 50 people most influential in the Denim industry.
Styling
SERENA CONTI
Denim Designer and Illustrator, for 10 years a consultant for the most famous denim brands in the world. In 2018 she won the "Denim Gallery" award in New York City as the best designer, giving importance to the concept of environmental sustainability and healthiness of garments.
She currently works at the Envelope Denim Design Studio in Treviso.
